The board approved targeted amendments to the county sick-leave policy to align with Minnesota’s earned sick-and-safe-time law and to add a sick-leave credit conversion program allowing eligible employees to convert specified hours into a deposit to the Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) health care savings plan.
