The CAC agreed to a consultant-led mapping workshop later this month (afternoon of the 19th) to review draft maps and provide real-time feedback; members urged the committee to examine the RFP and advise on consultant scope beforehand.

Committee member (S4) told the Conservation Advisory Committee that, after consultant communications, “we have got a mapping workshop plan for later this month, to, you know, review the maps and and, get give them some real time feedback.” Chair (S2) and other members confirmed an afternoon session on the 19th, roughly 1:30 p.m., as a tentative time.
