T‑Mobile’s representative told the commission that the company evaluated multiple alternative sites and selected Loudoun Park because it provides the most central coverage footprint for the town and allows reuse of existing vertical infrastructure. The applicant said the proposal would replace an existing field light (~70 feet) with a 90‑foot tower and mount the baseball field lights to the new structure so the field remains usable.
