Airport Manager Rodriguez walked the board through the terminal construction status and timeline, noting that "the terminal completion date for occupancy is February 23" and that crews have placed the pad, stubbed utilities, laid asphalt and poured sidewalks. He warned that moving a power pole to clear concrete pours will cause a planned two-hour outage from 9 to 11 a.m. the next day.
