The Poland Planning Board granted a one‑year extension for Emerald Pine Solar LLC’s formal site‑plan approval for parcels on Mechanic Falls Road (Map 12, Lots 48 and 50). Glenn Walker, representing the applicant, asked the board to extend the approval to allow more time to secure financing and to finalize construction timing.
