The County Judge presented two options to allocate Road & Bridge funding: (1) allocate the full special road-and-bridge tax amount by road-mileage formula across four precincts, which would yield about $1,185,000 for Precinct 1 and about $1,752,000 for Precinct 4 in one scenario; or (2) allocate 50% by mileage and 50% equally across precincts, which narrows the gap between high- and low-mileage precincts.
