The board discussed a liquor-license application from Roland Fields LLC for the former bowling‑alley site. Staff and board members noted the property currently holds a permit for indoor recreation (not a restaurant) and that a restaurant in the R‑3 zone would require a special-use permit. Chair said the town should inform the State Liquor Authority of the local zoning status and permit category and also reach out to the applicant/owner for clarification before the town files its response.
