RDC advances redevelopment updates and seeks resolution to remove parcels from TIF
RDC member Rick said the redevelopment plan needs updates by June and that three lots tied to the Perry Schools building have been removed from taxable rolls; the RDC will need to pass a resolution and complete an audit update to remove parcels from the TIF district.

Rick, speaking for the Redevelopment Commission, said staff are updating the redevelopment plan and targeting June for completion. "We will need to pass a resolution in the RDC and then have a, audits update, done to, formally remove those, parcels from the TIF district," he said.
