Planning commissioners approve minutes after member flags errors
Commissioners approved the April 8 minutes with corrections after a member pointed out an incorrect attribution of an applicant representative speaking and a misreported vote; staff will update the minutes accordingly.

During the meeting the commission took up approval of the April 8 minutes. A commissioner requested two corrections: an item that read "the applicant's representative spoke further about the rezoning request" should have reflected that staff — not a Garrett Motors representative — provided the additional information, and a previously recorded vote that read "motion carried 4 to 1 with Commissioner Doug Stinson voting nay" was disputed; the commissioner said, "I specifically voted nay on that 1."
