At the close of discussion, commissioners agreed to specific next steps: staff will prepare acreage maps, gather model ordinance language (including Miami and Harrison County examples), assemble sample development-agreement clauses and research noise/setback technical data. Chair (S1) and other members recommended a small drafting team to draft initial language before returning to the full commission.
