At the Citizens’ Hearing resident Anthony Duello raised questions and concerns about a Nicor project and specifically asked what would happen when he wants to sell his house. Mayor Frank Finnegan replied that the project is "doing everything by code" and said that "that will not be an issue when he sells his house." Phil Mottl also asked about winners for the 250th patriotic contest; the mayor said there were three winners.
