The Sherborn board, meeting via Zoom on Feb. 24, 2026, approved the minutes of its Jan. 27, 2026 meeting. Denise Orlando moved to approve the minutes "as written"; Sally Tipton seconded and the motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
