Council hears update on water system upgrades, PFAS testing and a county regional-utility notice

Town officials reported that PFAS sampling required by regulators is complete and the town is awaiting laboratory results. A speaker relayed, “The PFAS sampling that was required by IGM and EPA is finished, and we are awaiting results.” The minutes also noted DL Anderson is about halfway through a control upgrade at the water plant and lift station.
