During the audit review the committee flagged several non-substantive but important report errors: an arithmetic mismatch of roughly $1,000 when adding component fund balances, a percentage calculation that did not match committee math, and an incorrect insurance-provider listing naming Cigna where staff said the current provider is PHP. The committee asked that the errors be corrected prior to presenting the audit to City Council on March 24.
