Town staff said Rossville received a $90,000 master utility planning grant for the water system and that it could reduce near-term borrowing; staff will coordinate with the planner and counsel on the contract review.

Town staff announced the town received a $90,000 planning grant from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs to support a master utility (water) study. "I don't know if Jeff, you know, we got $90,000 construct not construction, but, planning grant on the, the water system," a member reported during the meeting, noting the town is one of three in the state to get funded.
