The Moab City Planning Commission unanimously approved Planning Resolution 7-2026, allowing Red Rock Flats 2 to use eight off-site parking spaces at neighboring Red Rock Flats subject to city-attorney approval and recording of a cross-access agreement.

The Moab City Planning Commission on Feb. 26 approved a special-exception off-site parking arrangement that lets Red Rock Flats 2 rely on eight spaces at the adjacent Red Rock Flats property. Staff said the application was filed Feb. 19 and that the two properties plan to record a cross-access agreement.
