The Planning Commission approved Planning Resolution 05‑2026 to grant a single required parking‑space exception for Bonjour’s expansion into part of Gallery Moab (59 South Main Street). Staff laid out the parking calculation: converting 423 square feet from retail to an eating establishment yields a difference of 0.7 required spaces, which triggers a request for one additional space. “With the expansion... we get 0.7 spaces... So they are required to have 1 more space,” staff explained.
