Administrator Matt Wolf presented the Walnut Circle Development plans, which call for nine single-family lots larger than minimum R-1 requirements, a 600-foot public cul-de-sac, and a developer dedication of 23.3 acres for park and open space — more than the 10% dedication required under city code.
