Committee members approved two separate motions to reacquire hail-damaged vehicles for county use. The sheriff's office offered vehicles the department could buy back from the insurer; the committee agreed to purchase a Ford Explorer for a $5,300 buyback plus glass work and to fund the net difference by using $2,910 from project bond proceeds and $4,361 from the general fund reserve. A member moved and the committee seconded approval; the vote carried.
