DDA says Woodward build will return with parking study; ADU draft to be reviewed

A DDA member told the commission Nov. 11 that discussion of a proposed Woodward development is ongoing: the planning commission returned the applicant to revise plans and the applicant will conduct a parking study before returning to the commission. DDA members said they meet quarterly but may convene off‑cycle to address the proposal if necessary.
