Patrick Felrath, director of public services, told the board that the township and GLWA reviewed ten years of water usage data and agreed to lower the township's maximum day rolling flow limit from 10,000,000 gallons to 9,030,000 gallons per day. He said the amendment does not set rates — GLWA calculates rates separately — but lowering the contracted flow limit can reduce the township's allocation when GLWA establishes future revenue requirements.
