Amanda Winchell, the town’s Recreation Director, presented a $18,130 operating budget representing a $135 decrease from the prior year and described individual line changes for youth sports, cheer and spring clinics. Winchell said referee costs increased due to more away games and that basketball equipment purchases would accommodate younger players who cannot reach standard hoops.
