Administrators briefed the board on an approximately 11‑page plan proposing dissolution of ORR and the reallocation of land, buses and accounts among surrounding school districts. The superintendent said the proposal, as drafted, would reassign parcels and about 45 residents to the district under the current map and that the process would require additional state actions before taking effect.
