The Development Review Board voted to reopen the Swift variance hearing from June 3, 2026 (motion by Jeff Lennox, seconded by Susan Morris). During the reopened hearing the applicant withdrew the request for a variance to add a garage to the property; the DRB accepted the withdrawal and closed the matter.
