The Select Board reviewed and adopted the town's Local Emergency Management Plan (LEMP) during its Aug. 24 meeting. Steve Quenneville moved to adopt the plan, Marcia King seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.

The Town of Whiting Select Board reviewed the current Local Emergency Management Plan and voted to adopt it on Aug. 24. Steve Quenneville moved to adopt the plan and Marcia King seconded; the minutes state "All voted in favor."
