The Westford Board of Health voted unanimously March 9 to adopt a draft regulation restricting kratom sales and production, setting an effective date of April 1, 2026. Board member Stephanie Granger moved to adopt the regulation; Maeghan Hughes seconded and the motion passed by roll call vote of 4-0-0.
