Roadmaster: sewer work mostly complete, paving done on two roads; Swamp Bridge culvert delayed

Roadmaster Tom Showalter presented multiple operational updates at the Sept. 3 meeting. He said the sewer extension for Joy Christian Fellowship is complete except for paving, Forest Road and Yellow Mountain Road paving and line painting have been completed though the shoulders still need backfill, and shoulder mowing is finished.
