The Fannin County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution placing a moratorium on accepting any applications related to crypto mining, Bitcoin mining or similar operations until Dec. 31, 2026. Chair introduced the item as a standard extension process and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
