Treasurer Hayman presented the DDA's financial report Aug. 12, saying the checking account opened at $101,886.66, earned $16.47 in interest, and recorded payments of $25,000 and $20,000 for Country Fest; a $250 donation was recorded for Witches Walk. The month-end checking balance was $56,653.13 and the Certificate of Deposit balance remained approximately $250,000.
