Architect Tim McCarthy presented a small, single‑story hitting‑bay amenity to support lessons on the Naples Beach Club practice range. The 1,495 sq ft structure (note in staff report) will provide four shaded bays, artificial turf, a stone terrace and mounted screens to display swing metrics. McCarthy said the columns and roof are designed to blend with the golf course landscape and be largely hidden from the public sidewalk by existing palms and fairway planting.
