S1 told the Selectmen that Community Power enrollment data show 1,013 total accounts were originally captured, with 161 customers dropping the program and 852 households still enrolled. S1 said 9 customers were reported as moved to the lower default rate while five customers opted up to a higher renewable option (four of those selecting 100% renewable), and he described follow‑up work to reconcile how some customers were placed in default versus basic plans.
