The Three Rivers City Commission voted unanimously Jan. 21 to approve a purchase order to AIS Construction Equipment for $171,950.00 to acquire a John Deere 320P backhoe. First District Commissioner Pat Dane moved the measure, and At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown seconded; the motion carried without opposition.
