The Three Rivers City Commission voted unanimously on Feb. 4 to submit a Dam Risk Reduction Grant application to the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and to be the named grantee for a study on the Portage Plant Dam at Hoffman Pond.
