Growth Services announced the state returned the EAR-based comprehensive-plan amendments with no objections; the final public hearing will be part of the Board of County Commissioners process on July 21.

Chuck Ferran of Growth Services reported that the county received the state letter with "no objections" on the EAR-based amendments to the comprehensive plan, allowing the county to move forward with final public hearings. Ferran said the next step is the Board of County Commissioners' public hearing process and noted that staff will proceed with scheduling.
