Quentin Bryant, speaking for AFSCME Council 61 on behalf of Local 183, handed the board an initial bargaining proposal for Johnson County ambulance workers during the public-comment portion of the meeting. "I have our initial proposal for our Johnson County ambulance group this morning, to give to you guys," Bryant said as he presented the documents.
