During the Dream City presentation and Q&A, Lakeisha Jackson described how Dream City’s commercial kitchen functions as a resource for local food entrepreneurs and said Dream City provides referrals to training partners and helped a vendor, Russell Taylor, with parts of the licensing process. “Oh, we actually supported Russell in that process,” Jackson said.
