Speaker 3 (county staff) ran a housekeeping item to confirm CJCC membership after the board office inherited the committee from the county attorney's office. The staffer said one member, Peter Persaud, has retired and suggested removing city of Iowa City representatives Dustin and Sean because the joint facility is not moving forward; the staffer also noted a recommended addition, Julia Zelensky, and said they would update the website membership list.
