Planning staff presented CUP 26-1 for a home industry involving concrete casting. The proposal would limit operations to the residence, with no outside employees and operating hours set at 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff said the use would be enclosed by a building permit application and recommended approval subject to standard supplemental conditions.
