Votes and actions: Board approves three land-use permits; two items withdrawn
At its June 17 meeting the Johnson County Board of Adjustment approved VAR 26-3 (front-yard setback reduction), VAR 26-4 (boundary-fence special exception), and CUP 26-3 (140-foot communications tower). Two conditional-use items were withdrawn after a state law change on agricultural exemptions.
