The board unanimously approved multiple subdivision plats and resolutions (SD26‑3 Hickory Haven; SD25‑10 Deer Creek Bend; SD26‑2 Prairie 2020; SD25‑2 Oberman; PCC‑25‑28690 Califf 2nd), including a conditional correction for a conservation easement on one plat.

The Johnson County Board of Supervisors adopted a series of resolutions approving preliminary and final plats and subdividers agreements for multiple subdivision applications across the county. Staff from Planning and Development Services reported each application complied with the Unified Development Ordinance and that Planning & Zoning recommended approval 4–0 in each case.
