Christina Paradise, Snyder & Associates project manager and county‑contract inspector, told the board MidAmerican Energy has split its docket and filed for a waiver of a county public hearing to pursue an expedited schedule. "The goal the end goal is November 1, they wanna be operational," she said, explaining the company’s timeline and the county's inspection and reporting plans.
