The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a special use permit for outdoor storage of vehicles at a commercial parcel on Marion Oaks Boulevard owned by MOSF Inc., allowing the operator to formalize existing outdoor parking and U‑Haul rental operations subject to conditions. Staff (Jared Rivera) recommended approval with conditions including full paving of U‑Haul and outdoor storage areas, a 15‑foot type‑C buffer, an 8‑foot opaque screen along Marion Oaks Boulevard and submission of a new engineered site plan within a staff‑defined timeframe.
