The chair announced a proposed closed session pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(a) to review or discuss records that state law authorizes to be kept confidential, including attorney-client privileged communications. A supervisor moved to enter closed session; another seconded. The chair recorded the motion as moved by Fixmerais and seconded by Remington and called for a roll-call vote.
