Council approves CDBG and HOME reallocations to keep projects moving
Council approved a $31,000 CDBG reallocation to fund Carver Park parking-lot lighting and approved moving $10,220.61 in HOME funds from tenant-based rental assistance to homeowner rehab to match utilization. Both amendments will be forwarded to HUD or applied within consortium rules.
