The Thomas County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Feb. 3 to pay payroll and the claims docket presented by county staff. The motion was made by Commissioner Charles Daly and seconded by Chair Pamela S. Moody; roll call showed Ayes Daly, Moody and Herbaugh.
