Board approves routine payments, procurement policy amendments and staffing appointment
The Board approved OBCC payments to Mark J. Welch ($1,702.50) and Todd Ray ($1,252.98), accepted the Unwin Pit annual report, adopted procurement policy amendments, approved a Phoenix Strategies contract, and confirmed a bi‑county health board appointment for Kathy Bressan; payroll for the period totaled $232,241.27 and bills $812,811.37.

In regular business the Board approved OBCC No. 7030 to Mark J. Welch for $1,702.50 and OBCC No. 7031 to Todd Ray for $1,252.98, accepted the Unwin Pit annual report, and approved amendments to the county procurement policy. Chief Deputy Treasurer Sarah Martinez explained that the Todd Ray payment corrected a tax‑sale mistake caused by an owner using an incorrect address.
