The Derry Township Board of Supervisors approved multiple subdivision plans during its Aug. 17, 2026 mid-month meeting, granting waivers and conditional approvals pending required signatures and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) acceptance. Tony Fruchtl of PennTerra Engineering presented a plan for Tussey Sink Road, LLC to divide a lot into three parcels; Vice-Chairman Donald R. Warntz, II moved to approve and the motion carried, 3-0.
