Staff reported two active projects, contracts drafted for 1075 South Spring, 1401 MacArthur and 736 East Gumb, four preapproved home repairs now seeking bids, and developer projects including Memorial’s Ravenswood rehab, a stalled Advantix LIHTC project, Grandview Tower closing and JD Sheff’s Mina’s Place ongoing.
