Trustee Rossi described the Campbell project: owners Niall and Stephanie Campbell propose demolishing an existing residence and constructing a 5,540-square-foot single-family home with driveway access from Church Street and address 137 Church Street. The applicants requested a building materials variance to permit James Hardie board and LP Smart siding in lieu of the village's first-floor masonry requirement and sought approval of a preliminary and final plat because the property was never formally platted as a lot of record.
