Board advances Frankfort Point final development plan for 7200 Sauk Trail
Trustees advanced the final development plan and plat for Frankfort Point, a proposed 14-lot light industrial and commercial subdivision at 7200 Sauk Trail that includes a roughly 52-acre solar component and conditions for final engineering, fencing, stockpile limits and maintenance responsibilities.

The Village Board reviewed and accepted the Plan Commission's unanimous recommendations for the Frankfort Point final development plan and final plat of subdivision for Lots 13 and 14 at the southeast corner of Sauk Trail and Harlem Avenue (parcel ID 31-31-100-001-0000), commonly referenced as 7200 Sauk Trail. The project spans about 133.25 acres and was presented to the board with specific conditions including final engineering approval, Cook County DOT confirmation for right-of-way improvements, and fencing/screening requirements.
